  Tresana

Tresana neighbourhood is crossed by stunning panoramic roads over the valle. Since long time ago, Tresana's administrative center is located in the nearby village of Barbarasco; its name surely comes from the old dialect, and it means a place that is free and independent.

Giovagallo
Giogavallo is a very ancient village, as confirmed by the ruins of its castle, and by the Pallavicino codex, which names people coming from it.
Villa di Tresana

Climbing the hill towards Villa di Tresana it is possible to visit the castle, built by will of princess Amalia from Bavaria and recently restored. Noteworthy are also the remains of an old hostel, the Renaissance church of Santa Maria, and a baroque church dedicated to San Siro.
